We are currently looking for a dynamic Site Supervisor with a Social Housing background to join our ever-growing team here at Dasco.
We are looking to hire a hardworking Site Supervisor for our Void / Disrepair contract, You will be based on site within the North West Region

- Disrepairs (Internal Refurbishment)
- Replacement of Kitchen & Bathrooms

Duties
As acting Site Supervisor, the main purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the refurbishment projects from inception to completion in a fast paced environment.
Your main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for the day to day running of the site and trades people.
- Required to prepare progress reports for a fortnightly progress meeting.
- Ensuring that all trade people have the appropriate material and equipment in order to be able to achieve their designated tasks.
- Ensuring that the site environment is satisfactory.
- Responsible for the quality of all work carried out on the site.
To be considered for this role, you must have a proven track record of Site Supervision in the social housing sector. SSSTS/ SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Asbestos Awareness is desirable but not essential. Training would be provided for the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £34,500.00-£36,000.00 per year
