Are you a caring and committed early years practitioner who believes in the power of child-led learning? Osbaldwick Montessori in York is looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our small, passionate team.
We are a nurturing, Montessori-inspired setting where children are encouraged to explore, grow, and develop at their own pace in a calm and respectful environment.
The Role:
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
- Support all children in a calm, purposeful setting
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences rooted in Montessori principles
- Encourage independence, confidence, and curiosity in every child
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
About You:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- A calm, nurturing approach and strong communication skills
- Interest in Montessori philosophy (Montessori training is a plus but not essential)
