Biscuit Bunker is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us build the next stage of the company.
We're a Shoreditch-based content production agency and studio, making branded content, commercials, documentaries, social content, events, podcasts, shows and always-on formats for brands, agencies and talent. We're not just a production supplier - we work as a content partner, alongside clients rather than at arm's length from them, and we'd want this role to reflect that in how it represents us externally.
We're a small agency, and alongside Biscuit Bunker we also own and run Brick Studios - a video and photography studio just off Brick Lane. We're looking for someone with proven agency experience who can work both proactively and tightly with us to get the business to the next stage - we see this as a genuinely exciting role, with real scope to make a difference and help us grow.
About the Role
This is a hands-on growth and marketing role for someone who is proactive, organised, commercially switched on and genuinely social savvy. You'll help us build visibility, create new opportunities, strengthen relationships and bring more people into conversations with Biscuit Bunker.
This is a dedicated marketing role rather than something fitted in around client work - the job is to build a clear strategy, set a plan, and get on with the activity that actually generates leads.
The role will cover:
- Marketing
- Social Management
- Outreach
- Partnerships
- Events
- Content Management
- Brand and reputation
- New business support
You'll work closely with the directors to help turn our positioning, studio and existing work into a more consistent growth engine. We need someone who understands how a creative business shows up online, builds relationships through it, and turns day-to-day activity into useful visibility rather than noise.
What you'll be doing
- Build and manage our new business pipeline - researching brands, agencies, marketing teams, comms teams, founders, talent and potential partners - and keep the CRM organised so nothing falls through the cracks
- Support outreach through campaigns, email, LinkedIn and sensible follow-up, helping create more meetings, studio visits and new business conversations
- Manage our social media accounts day-to-day - scheduling, posting, replying and keeping things consistent
- Manage content for socials, covering both Biscuit Bunker's own brand and the directors' personal profiles
- Write and send regular newsletters for Biscuit Bunker and the studio
- Help shape a simple content strategy for our own marketing, and support the team with opinion pieces or thought leadership when there's something worth saying
- Handle press releases and basic PR when there's news worth sharing
- Keep an eye on relevant industry awards and help put together entries for work we're proud of
- Research relevant events, industry moments, agency meetups, panels and speaking or networking opportunities
- Help organise hospitality for prospects and existing clients - studio visits, informal catch-ups, open days, content sessions
- Look out for sensible partnership opportunities with complementary businesses or platforms
- Work with the team to turn completed projects into case studies and useful marketing material
- Keep the website updated with new work, case studies and studio news
- Coordinate any photography or filming needed for marketing purposes - behind-the-scenes content, headshots, studio shoots
- Track and report back on simple marketing metrics, such as newsletter opens, social engagement and where new leads are coming from
- Manage relationships with freelance support where needed, such as designers, photographers or copywriters
- Help set up simple ways to check in with clients after a project - satisfaction surveys, NPS, whatever gets us honest feedback we can act on
- Spot ways to turn one-off projects into longer-term relationships
Who we're looking for
- Proven previous agency experience - creative, production, content, social, PR or marketing agency, or similar
- If you haven't worked agency-side, experience in a B2B professional services or technology business (consulting, accountancy, law, SaaS) can adapt well, since you're used to marketing a service rather than a product
- An understanding of how agencies win work, build relationships, present themselves, use case studies, attend events and stay visible to the right people
- Genuine social savvy - knowing what gets attention, what feels forced, and how to use that to build credibility and relationships, not just post for the sake of it
- Comfortable researching prospects, writing clearly, managing follow-ups and keeping momentum going
- An interest in good creative work, brands, agencies, content, production, studios, social, talent and culture
- Happy working in a small, growing business where the role will evolve
What success looks like
Success in this role means Biscuit Bunker becomes more visible, more connected and more commercially active:
- A clearer pipeline
- More useful conversations and stronger follow-up
- Better marketing output across newsletters, social and case studies
- More event and partnership opportunities
- Stronger relationships with people who could become clients, collaborators or partners
About you
- Proactive, curious, experienced and practical
- Proven work in an agency environment, understanding the pace and commercial reality of creative work
- Confident with social and how to use it as part of a wider growth strategy
- Good at spotting opportunities and following them through
- Confident speaking to people, writing messages, suggesting ideas and helping make things happen
