Founded by healthcare professionals, we are the UK’s first clinically led one to one assisted stretching studio brand. Our mission is simple: to help people move better, feel better and maintain their bodies for life.
We have Studios in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester, with additional sites planned as we continue our journey to bring assisted stretching to more people across the country.
We help everyone from office workers and busy professionals to runners, gym goers, golfers and people who simply want to improve how they move and feel.

The Role
At Stretched, our reception team are much more than front of house.
You are the first person our clients meet, the person who creates the atmosphere of the studio and a key part of delivering an exceptional client journey.
You will help clients understand our services, support them with bookings, manage the studio experience and help them continue their movement journey with Stretched.
We are looking for someone who loves people, enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every client and create a friendly, premium studio experience
- Manage bookings, enquiries and client communication
- Support clients with memberships and packages
- Help clients understand the benefits of assisted stretching
- Manage Stretch Therapist diaries efficiently
- Support client retention and rebooking
- Keep the studio clean, organised and welcoming
- Complete daily studio and administration tasks
- Help create a positive team environment
About You
Skills can be taught. Attitude cannot.

Experience
Previous experience in any of the following would be beneficial:
- Reception / front of house
- Customer service
- Hospitality
- Sales
- Wellness or fitness environments
Shift Pattern
The role will include:
- Alternate Saturdays and Sundays (10am-6pm, 10am-5pm)
- Thursday 10am-7pm
- Holiday and sickness cover when required
Flexibility is important as additional hours may become available.
