Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans and clinical guidelines
- Assess patient needs and develop personalised care programmes to promote recovery and wellbeing
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to safety protocols
- Monitor patient progress, document observations, and update care records regularly
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Demonstrate leadership by supervising junior staff and mentoring new team members
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure understanding and support
- Manage time efficiently to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Valid registration as a General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, with strong nursing skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an empathetic approach towards patients
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining professional independence
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards
Pay: £24,643.91-£41,177.65 per year
