Registered Nurse Hastings
Salary FTE (35 hours) of £39,680.94 which is an equivalent to £21.74 per hour.
Weekends attract a 50p per hour incentive. Overtime is payable at time and a half. Enhanced rates are paid for bank holidays.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nurse who wants to make a difference by joining our team and supporting adults with profound disabilities at our home in Hastings.
Ideally we are looking for 28 hours to be worked over 4 X 7 hour day shifts, but we can discuss flexibility of hours at interview as there is potential for some flexibility and/or a full time role. Please be aware however, that existing flexible working arrangements need to be respected.
We need enthusiastic people, who share our values and hold excellent clinical skills with real drive to promote the health and social wellbeing of our residents through delivering person centred care.
You will be a qualified nurse, with a current registration. You will be expected to take responsibility for leading, motivating, supporting, and supervising a team of support workers in a busy and vibrant home environment where no two days are the same. You will be aided by Senior Support Workers on each shift and have a welcoming and supportive management team working with you to ensure that residents receive the highest levels of care.
