Neighbourhood Officer – Housing Association – About The Client:
Castlefield are currently representing a regional Housing Association in Liverpool to recruit a Neighbourhood Officer on an initial 3-month interim contract. This position will have a mixture between home-working, patch visits and office attendance and will be paying £26.28 per hour via umbrella agency. Please note that the client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Neighbourhood Officer – Housing Association – About The Role:
- Provide responsive, multi-channel customer service while accurately recording all interactions in housing management/CRM systems.
- Act as a customer advocate, delivering high-quality housing services and supporting access to internal and external resources.
- Manage tenancy-related processes and low-level ASB cases, keeping customers informed and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Maintain safe, well-managed neighbourhoods through inspections, risk assessments, and identifying improvement works.
- Collaborate with partners, monitor performance and costs, and support community engagement to enhance tenant satisfaction and service delivery.
Neighbourhood Officer – Housing Association – What You Need:
- Previous experience as a Neighbourhood Officer
- Experience in ASB case management
- Excellent communication skills
- UK valid driving licence and driver
