The Installation Engineer is responsible for monitoring production metrics and propose improvements based on data analysis.
Valves, Pumps, Heat exchangers, Supports, Pipework, Bracketry, anti-whips etc HIC welds.
Installation works philosophy and rationale according to compliance with applicable international, national, regional and local legislation, regulations and recognised industry standards with construction teams buy-in.
Liaison with the Construction, Lifting, HSE, Quality, Welding Engineers and Temporary Works departments to ensure the design is fit for construction.
Integration in RAMS of equipment and materials data from drawings, installation and operations manuals; torques, bolt specs, CoSHH Assessments and MSDS, etc.
