As a K&N IS Systems Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing IS application and systems support activities – Warehouse Management, Transport Management, both hosted in an AWS environment, and Automation Management to the LCST contract.
As such, you will be part of a high performing team, playing a critical role in managing the customer and user experiences, and contributing to the overall success of both the contract, and organisation.
To achieve this, you will engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and service providers, to ensure the services provided are effectively supported, whilst protecting operational service and contract performance to committed delivery standards.
Please note there will be a need for out of hours support on a rota basis.
