Lime Hospitality is looking for a reliable and versatile relief chefs. We will need a chef with Enhanced DBS to help in Schools and care homes across the midlands area. Guaranteed evenings off each day and paid for every hour you work. You will need to be reliable, able to work on your own and be calm when the pressure is on. This role is for a committed chef who isn’t going to let clients down in their hour of need.
The role
- Relief Enhanced DBS Chef
- Supporting schools and care homes across the county
- Be the extra pair of hands needed
- Cover for holidays, sickness and between recruitment
Duties include
- Covering shifts across Warwickshire
- Working with Head and Sous Chefs to prepare and serve meals
- Assisting kitchen team with preparation
- Following all H&S procedures
About you
- Honest, reliable and no ego
- A solid background in fresh food establishments
- Level 2 food safety & Allergen awareness certs (we can help with these)
- Own chef whites, safety shoes and Knives
