The Opportunity
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Production Operative and Warehouse Packer to join our production team in Bodelwyddan.
This is an entry-level position and full training will be provided. Previous factory or warehouse experience is not essential. What matters most is that you are someone who turns up on time, every day, takes responsibility for your work, and can be relied upon by your team.
We value attitude, consistency, and commitment far more than previous experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill, label, and package products accurately and safely
- Work efficiently within production schedules and daily targets
- Build and prepare stock and pallets within the warehouse
- Pack products according to specifications provided by the Production Manager
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and housekeeping
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
No weekend work or evening shifts
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or over due to the nature of the role
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential to the role
- Able to commit to working your scheduled hours consistently
- Reliable, dependable, and able to take responsibility for your work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically
- Able to work consistently in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
