Responsibilities:
- Commis Chef required to assist Head Chef with providing nutritional food for football department
- Work some matchdays to assist catering and hospitality departments
- Assist Head Chef and Kitchen Porter with duties as and when required
- Ability to produce good quality basic food
- Preparing ingredients, seasoning meats, and cooking food
- Maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene
- Understanding of basic food hygiene practices
- Help organise and clean kitchen
