We’re working with a law firm in Eastbourne that is looking to add a Conveyancing Assistant to its residential property team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with conveyancing support experience who wants to join a busy but supportive department and continue building their knowledge in a structured environment. The firm has a solid reputation, a friendly culture and a good flow of residential property work.
The role is likely to include support across a range of transactions, such as:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- General file administration and progression support
- Client and third-party liaison
This position would suit someone who enjoys the pace and detail involved in conveyancing and takes pride in keeping matters moving. You’ll work closely with fee earners and be involved in the day-to-day running of files, helping to ensure clients receive a smooth and professional service.
