This brand-new children’s home in Colchester has been developed to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care for young people who have experienced adverse childhood experiences, neglect, and abuse. Senior leaders remain visible and hands-on across the organisation, with the Responsible Individual regularly visiting services and maintaining close relationships with staff teams. Shifts:
- 07:30 - 23:00
- "1-on-2-off" shift pattern
- Sleep-in attached to every other shift
⭐ What I'm looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years working within Residential Childcare
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Full UK Driving License
