Role Description
We are seeking a Company Accountant to join our team. This on-site role, based in Armagh, involves preparing financial statements, managing bookkeeping tasks, utilizing accounting software, maintaining accurate financial records, and handling journal entries. MDE is a fast-growing company with incredible potential and a brilliant team. To support our rapid expansion, we are seeking a strategic professional who can streamline our internal systems for maximum efficiency and help design our future team structure as we scale.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Processing payments, invoices, income, receipts and entering data into accounting systems.
- Compiles and analyses a variety of complex accounting and statistical information
- Payroll
- Generating sales invoices.
- Chasing outstanding balances.
- Creation of aged debt reports to ensure all aged debt is followed up on and collected.
- Verifying the accuracy of business accounts.
- Preparation for yearend accounts.
- Flexibility to complete other tasks from time to time
- Is willing to learn new applications that will improve the business.

Salary
£38,000 - £42,000 Depending on experience & ability.
