Responsibilities

- Organise ingredients and kitchen tools efficiently to optimise workflow
- Support the team in cleaning and sanitising workstations, utensils, and equipment after each shift
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to deliver excellent customer service and meal quality
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a professional kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
- Experience working in restaurants or catering services is advantageous
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and culinary practices
- Serving experience is beneficial but not essential; willingness to learn is important
