Dental nurse – full time | build a career in a practice that values people
Jiva Dental | Kingston upon Thames
Most dental nurse roles look the same. Assist. Clean. Repeat. We’re building something better than that.
At Jiva Dental, we’re focused on delivering an experience patients genuinely value—and that only happens with a team that feels supported, developed and trusted.
So whether you’re a qualified dental nurse or a trainee with the right mindset, this is an opportunity to grow into your role, not just sit in it.
The role
You’ll be an integral part of the clinical team, supporting high-quality dentistry while helping create a calm, professional and well-organised environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assistance across a range of treatments
- Preparing and maintaining surgeries to a high standard
- Supporting patient flow and ensuring a smooth journey
- Maintaining compliance and cross-infection control standards
- Contributing to a team that takes pride in how it works
Who we’re looking for
We care more about attitude than background.
You might be:
- A qualified dental nurse (GDC registered) looking for a better environment
- A trainee dental nurse ready to commit and learn quickly
What matters:
- You’re reliable and take ownership
- You notice the details others miss
- You’re calm, professional and patient-focused
- You want to improve—not just maintain
- You have excellent communication skills and are empathetic
What you’ll get
- Full-time, stable position
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Support with training and development
- A positive, respectful team culture
- A practice that is organised, well-run and forward-thinking
Why Jiva Dental
In Kingston, there’s no shortage of dental nurse roles.
What’s rare is a practice that:

- Invests in development
- Creates an environment people actually want to work in
That’s what we’re building.
