Job/Person/Summary
Woodcroft Primary School is a warm, inclusive and ambitious one‑form‑entry school with a strong moral purpose and a deeply embedded trauma‑informed ethos. We are seeking an inspirational Headteacher to guide the next stage of our journey.
Our 2024 Ofsted inspection recognised Woodcroft as a good school with outstanding personal development, praising our calm, purposeful atmosphere, highly inclusive culture and strong safeguarding practice. With around 65% of pupils identified as disadvantaged, we are committed to equity, nurture and high expectations for every child.
We are looking for a Headteacher who is visible, compassionate and strategic — someone who can strengthen outcomes for all pupils, champion exemplary SEND practice, and build strong relationships with families and the wider community.
In return, we offer enthusiastic pupils, a dedicated and skilled staff team, extensive outdoor learning including Forest School, and a supportive Governing Body.
