Maintain cleanliness, prepare ingredients, and support the kitchen team in food preparation and service. This role is essential in ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and meets hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, etc.)
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times
- Clean food preparation areas, equipment, and kitchen surfaces
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed
- Support chefs and cooks during busy service periods
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations (prefered)
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good time management and multitasking skills
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Requires standing for long periods
- May involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays
