The Role
- Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Leading and developing the kitchen team
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
What We’re Looking For

- Experience in a similar role preferred
Pay & Hours
- Full time: averaging 40–48 hours per week
- £33,500 per year (hourly rate)
- TRONC & cash tips on top
- Average £3–4 per hour extra
- £7,500+ per year (cash & card tips)
