Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage cash transactions efficiently, including handling payments and giving correct change.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and communicate supply requirements to management.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to licensing laws.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy periods, supporting a positive atmosphere.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers confidently.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Effective time management to prioritise tasks during busy shifts.
- Good organisational skills to keep the bar area clean, stocked, and compliant with health standards.
