Duties
- Engage with prospective clients to identify their requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress using organisational tools
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports as required
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities, including scheduling meetings and maintaining client databases
Skills
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport easily
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to engage a diverse client base effectively
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade confidently
