We at Riverside House Care Home are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team working three shifts per week from hours 7am-7.30pm or nightshift hours 7pm-7.30am.

Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medication as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the nursing station and treatment areas
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and empathy
- Support the implementation of health and safety protocols within the facility
Experience
- Proven experience in a nursing or healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Relevant nursing qualifications recognised by the appropriate regulatory body
- Prior experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous
