The Role
As a Senior Stylist – Operations manager, you will:
- Provide expert cutting, colouring, and styling
- Build and retain a strong client base
- Upsell services and retail products
- Support and collaborate with salon staff
- Maintain high professional standards
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years senior salon experience
- Relevant hairdressing qualifications/certificates
- Professional references
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Client-focused, professional, and reliable
