Abacus Employment is recruiting for a Cleaner on behalf of our client based in Bristol.
In this role, you will be provided with a company vehicle and will travel between various commercial properties carrying out cleaning duties.
Duties
- Drive company vehicles to various sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including offices, warehouses, and other industrial spaces
- Utilise appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, ensuring it is kept in good condition and ready for daily use
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times during operations
- Complete cleaning checklists and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Assist with loading and unloading cleaning supplies as required
- Adhere to scheduled routes and tasks, demonstrating reliability and punctuality
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
- Valid driving licence suitable for operating the vehicle assigned to the role
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or hazards effectively
Hours: 08:00-17:00
Pay: £13.50 p/h
