Governance Administrator | Croydon
The rewards:
- £25,000 – £27,000 per annum

Hours:
- Monday to Friday, standard office hours
The role of Governance Administrator:
- Providing administrative support for governance-related activities including scheduling and preparing for meetings
- Maintaining accurate records of board and committee documents
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, agendas, and minutes for governance meetings
- Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements
- Supporting co-ordination of internal and external communications related to governance
- Managing and updating governance databases and systems
- Handling ad hoc administrative tasks to support the secretarial and business support department
The ideal Governance Administrator:
- Strong understanding of administrative processes and governance principles
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
