We're looking for someone who can breathe new life into the business, building trade through exceptional hospitality, successful events, and strong local community engagement. This is an opportunity for an ambitious operator to put their own stamp on the business and help unlock its full potential.
The successful candidate will:
- Increase wet sales and profitability.
- Grow and develop the function and events business.
- Build strong relationships within the local community.
- Recruit, lead and motivate a successful team.
- Maintain high standards of service, compliance and presentation.
- Develop new ideas and revenue streams to maximise the site's potential.
A Unique Opportunity
As part of the role, you'll have the opportunity to establish and operate your own catering business within the pub, retaining 100% of the catering profits. This provides an exciting additional income stream and the freedom to create your own food offering.
