We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the restaurant team, including serving staff, kitchen personnel, and baristas.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all culinary standards are met, maintaining consistency across dishes.
- Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times.
- Lead team management efforts by training, mentoring, and motivating staff to deliver excellent service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies.
- Organise staff schedules to optimise coverage during peak hours while maintaining labour costs.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and special promotions to attract new customers.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Extensive restaurant experience with a solid understanding of food production, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Background in culinary arts or hospitality management is highly desirable.
- Experience in team management, leadership roles, or supervising diverse teams is essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation processes, kitchen operations, and service standards is required.

Pay: £30,900.00-£36,300.00 per year
