About the Role
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will take full ownership of our brand’s social media presence, content creation, marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, and corporate client development to drive brand awareness, customer growth, and sales.
We aren't just looking for someone to schedule posts. We are looking for a marketing talent who can proactively pitch strategies, plan impactful events, scout for partnership opportunities, and help our brand achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of our brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Xiaohongshu (Red).
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
- Plan, produce, and publish high-quality content (images, short-form videos, event promotions).
- Drive brand exposure, follower growth, and audience engagement.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt them creatively to our brand.
2. Content Creation & Graphic Design
- Independently design promotional posters, event graphics, menu promotions, and other marketing materials.
- Lead product photography, store shoots, and overall brand content creation.
- Handle end-to-end short-form video shooting and editing.
- Maintain consistency in brand visual identity and tone of voice.
- Proficiently use design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
3. Marketing Campaigns & Event Planning
- Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage new product launches, holiday marketing, loyalty/membership activities, and brand campaigns.
- Tailor marketing strategies to store operational needs to boost foot traffic and sales.
- Track campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
4. Brand Collaborations & Influencer Marketing
- Identify, pitch, and negotiate brand partnerships and co-branding opportunities.
- Plan and execute co-branded events and collaborative projects from concept to execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and brand partners.
5. Corporate & Group Client Development
- Promote and develop strategies for Corporate Orders and event catering services.
- Actively prospect and build relationships with local offices, schools, businesses, and communities.
- Design promotional packages for corporate gift boxes, meeting coffee breaks, and holiday gifts.
- Assist in expanding B2B sales channels to boost corporate revenue.
6. Communication, Coordination & Brand Management
- Work closely with senior management to translate brand visions into actionable marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with in-store operations to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Gather customer feedback and monitor market trends to advise on brand development.
- Maintain and safeguard the brand image and market positioning.
7. Data Analysis & Optimization
- Regularly analyze performance data across platforms (views, engagement, follower growth, conversion rates).
- Optimize content strategies and marketing plans based on data insights.
- Provide regular reports on marketing outcomes and future growth plans.
RequirementsMust-Haves (Required):
- Fluent in Mandarin with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Deep familiarity with the algorithms and operations of Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Xiaohongshu (Red).
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts.
- Ability to independently design posters and create marketing collateral.
- Strong hands-on experience in short-form video shooting and editing.
- Excellent communication, execution, and project management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
- Ability to accurately understand management's vision and execute it efficiently.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):
- Experience in F&B (food & beverage), baking, coffee, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience in brand marketing and event planning.
- Experience collaborating with KOLs and Influencers.
- Familiarity with paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Xiaohongshu promotion).
- Experience in B2B corporate client development or group order promotion.
- A keen insight into youth culture and social media trends.
