As a Caregiver with Four Oaks Healthcare, you will support clients in their homes or facilities by delivering high-quality, compassionate care tailored to their unique needs. Whether it’s helping with personal care, providing emotional support, or administering medication, your role is vital to their safety, independence, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
- Support with daily living activities: cooking, cleaning, errands
- Administer or assist with medication as per care plans
- Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
- Support clients with dementia, complex health needs, or end-of-life care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Accurately document care and report changes in client condition
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in caregiving or assisted living preferred
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- A compassionate, respectful approach to client care
- Comfortable with manual handling (training provided)
- Knowledge or experience in dementia care is advantageous
