Start your day in a rewarding role at Victoria Square Hotel, a charming 41-bedroom independent hotel in the heart of Clifton Village, Bristol. We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our friendly team as soon as possible.
As our Breakfast Chef, you'll work independently, preparing and cooking pre-ordered breakfasts (making service smooth and reducing food waste), maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and ensuring the highest food hygiene standards. You'll also assist with light stock ordering and kitchen paperwork.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar breakfast chef or cook role
- Reliable and punctual – early starts are essential
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Passionate about good food and great presentation
- A team player with excellent communication skills
Working hours:
- Weekdays: From 6:15am
- Weekends: From 7:15am (on a rota)
- Permanent, year-round position
Please note: Applicants must live locally and be able to reliably cover the early morning start times.
