We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Marketing Coordinator in our growing medical device marketing team in a fast-paced environment at our head office. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll support the team in delivering projects while also taking ownership of your own areas, with exposure across the wider business.
We attend a number of external events and maintain an annual calendar. We’re looking for someone to take ownership and become the go-to person for managing our presence at these events, ensuring teams are where they need to be and that all logistics run smoothly. You will also be responsible for evaluating these events, identifying future opportunities, and securing appropriate sponsorship packages.
As we continue to grow, there will be ongoing projects and opportunities for development, and you’d be part of shaping the future as we develop.
About you
You’ll be highly organised and able to prioritise projects and tasks to meet deadlines and goals. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, strong written skills, and confident communication skills. You’ll enjoy coordinating travel, conferences, and exhibitions and have a genuine passion for marketing and its impact. Building strong working relationships with colleagues, external providers, and customers will be key to success in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Owner of the annual calendar for sponsorships and third-party events – managing our presence and leading the organisation of events across the UK, including travel, accommodation, exhibition logistics, and coordination of partners, suppliers, and contributors.
- Manage customer and market intelligence meetings, as well as internal business meetings – including travel, venues, accommodation, catering, diaries, and meeting spaces.
- Coordinate the update of marketing materials and website content.
- Support marketing with tactical and strategic projects and campaigns across product, service, education, and content.
- Manage marketing and sales collateral – responsible for the stock and collation of all branded materials, including literature, promotional items, and campaign inserts to support sales teams.
- Coordinate planned and ad hoc social events.
- Adhere to all Qufora Ltd’s Policies, Processes, and Procedures in relation to the Business Management System (Quality & Information Security (ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 27001)).
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Marketing role and/or relevant Marketing qualification, desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach
