We’re hiring a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our nursery in the heart of Watford close by to all transport links.

About you:
- Level 2/3 in Early Years (essential)
- Confident with children aged 0–5
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Passionate, enthusiastic and a team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Your role:
- Create a safe, engaging learning space
- Sound Safeguarding knowledge
- Solid EYFS knowledge
- Deliver fun, developmental activities
- Communicate positively with parents and staff
- Support children’s progress and well-being
- Follow health & safety standards at all times
