Your responsibilities will include:
- To ensure food orders within a section are dispatched to the kitchen at intervals to maintain an even flow of service delivery.
- To be flexible and extend job duties
- To report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform at all times, maintaining the highest of standard in hygiene & grooming and leading by example to other waiting staff
- To welcome guests and make sure they got an exceptional experience following Mariage Frères standards
- To contribute to the building of an efficient team spirit and an active interest in employees welfare, safety and development and to ensure that the team performs to the high standards required by encouraging and assisting when necessary.
A complete and thorough training regarding the vision of Mariage Frères, its teas and its universe will be offered upon hiring.
