Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Self Employed Courier Driver to join our delivery team. This role involves managing your own schedule while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods across the UK The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to handle various types of deliveries independently. As a self-employed contractor, you will have the flexibility to operate your own vehicle and manage your workload effectively.
Duties
- Collect parcels from designated clients or warehouses for direct delivery.
- Plan efficient routes to optimise delivery times and minimise fuel consumption
- Safely operate your own vehicle, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies
- Deliver packages to customers' addresses in a professional and courteous manner
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required
- Communicate effectively with clients and dispatch teams regarding delivery status or delays
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a good understanding of commercial driving requirements. Must have own small van and relevent courier insurances.
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong organisational skills to plan routes efficiently and manage multiple deliveries

Pay: £550.00-£800.00 per week
