The Role
We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented Concierge Security to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential apartment block, while acting as the first point of contact for tenants. You will combine exceptional customer service with strong sense of security in and around the building.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, guests, and visitors
- Manage the overall upkeep and presentation of the property
- Handle tenant communications, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction
- Manage deliveries, and access to shared amenities
- Ensure security protocols and safety procedures are followed
- Collaborate with the wider property management team for smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in property management, concierge services, hospitality, or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings/weekends if required
Please note that we are specifically looking to fill one position initially:
- Friday - 11pm till 7am (8 hour shift)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.75 per hour
