As a Sales Assistant, you really are ‘The Face of the Quba’ in our store. It is your responsibility, with guidance from your Store Manager to engage with our customers and truly represent what Quba & Co is. Our Store teams are there to ensure customers get an exceptional experience every time. Provide a first-class service experience by having engaging and meaningful conversations with all our customers. Using your exceptional product knowledge to highlight features and benefits of our products, all while making recommendations on what might be the perfect item for them. Each of our stores are unique, it’ll be your job to ensure they remain presentable by undertaking stock management duties. You’ll understand how working in one of our stores is all about passion and teamwork. You will be willing to give 100 per cent to all your duties.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor and stockroom
- Assist in visual merchandising to create appealing product displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
