Job Title: CPCS / NPORS Traffic Marshall
About the Role
Infocus Resources is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction project in Devonport Docks.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely direct and manage vehicle movements on and off site
- Control site access and ensure all traffic follows designated routes
- Escort vehicles, deliveries, and pedestrians as required
- Communicate effectively with site management, drivers, and operatives
- Monitor site safety and report any hazards or incidents promptly
- Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid CPCS Plant and Vehicle Marshaller (A73) or NPORS Traffic Marshall ticket (CSCS approved) (essential)
- Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to site safety
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Job Type: Full-Time ongoing
Work Location: Devonport
Start Time: August/September
You will be required to undergo security checks for this project and can take up to 8 weeks.
Rate: £16.94/hr, PAYE Umbrella
