Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their requirements
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range to provide accurate information
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our customer base
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
- Maintain organised records of sales activities using Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Utilise phone etiquette skills to communicate professionally with clients via calls and emails
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the sales area or showroom as needed
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enabling broader client engagement
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts and follow-up activities efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining accurate records of sales data and client information
- Good phone etiquette, demonstrating professionalism during all client interactions
- Basic maintenance knowledge related to product servicing or presentation (nice-to-have)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
