Baker – Cakes, Scones, Biscuits & Sourdough
Location: Lothian bakery, Whitburn, West Lothian
Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 am – 5 pm
Pay: Depending on ability.
We’re looking for a skilled Baker to join our team at Lothian Bakery, where we pride ourselves on high-quality, handmade products.
We're looking for someone who already knows their way around a bakery, using a break, ovens, cutting, etc.
What you’ll be doing:
- Producing cakes, scones, doughnuts, and sourdough bread from scratch
- Maintaining excellent standards of food safety and hygiene
- Working independently and managing your workload efficiently
- Bringing creativity and precision.
