Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 10:30am – 8:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
- One Saturday per month: 9:00am – 6:00pm

This is a warm-lead, consultative sales role. Every conversation starts with a customer who's already interested in transforming their smile. Your job is to guide them, build trust, and help them take the next step.

THE ROLE
As an Aligner Advisor you will:
- Speak with warm, inbound customers who are already interested in our aligners
- Guide customers through their options with confidence and care
- Build genuine rapport and help people make a decision they're excited about
- Reconnect with previous enquiries using our dialler and CRM systems
- Convert warm opportunities into successful outcomes
- Work towards clear daily and monthly targets in a fast-paced, energised environment

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Every new Aligner Advisor completes a comprehensive offsite induction before starting in role. You'll leave knowing the product inside out, confident in our sales process, and ready to hit the ground running from day one.
Once you're in role, ongoing coaching and mentoring are part of everyday life at Smile White. This isn't a business that trains you once and leaves you to it - we invest in your growth continuously.
