What we are looking for:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Windows & Doors Sales Administrator to support our Windows and Doors Commercial Manager.
In this role, you will raise quotations, place orders with suppliers, and accurately input orders into our system. You will effectively communicate with customers regarding product enquiries, pricing, and delivery schedules for UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, and composite doors. Additionally, you will collaborate with the internal sales team to provide excellent customer service in our showroom and trade counter, which includes a diverse range of products such as Roofline and internal bathroom solutions. Handling incoming calls and addressing customer needs promptly will also be part of your responsibilities.
What you'll be doing:
- Quotation Management: Prepare and raise accurate quotations for customers.
- Order Processing: Place orders with suppliers and input them into the system.
- Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers regarding product enquiries, pricing, and delivery schedules for UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, and composite doors.
- Sales Team Support: Assist the internal sales team in serving customers in the showroom and trade counter.
- Product Knowledge: Provide information on a diverse range of products, including Roofline and internal bathroom solutions.
- Call Handling: Answer incoming calls and address customer enquiries and needs promptly.
- Software Utilisation: Utilise Window Designer or Business Micros software for order processing and management.
What you'll need:
- Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing quotations and processing orders.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Window Designer or Business Micros software is highly desirable.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with UPVC, aluminium windows, doors, and composite doors, as well as related products like Roofline and bathroom solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team environment and support colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Effective at addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
