We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a eye for detail, and possess a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean.
- Restock guest supplies such as toiletries and refreshments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the establishment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting or moving items.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
