We're looking for two compassionate and motivated Housing Support Worker to join our team in Hull.
About the Role: You'll manage a caseload of tenants across Hull, providing practical and emotional support to help them maintain their accommodation and build the skills needed for independent living. You'll support people with budgeting, benefits, tenancy management, goal setting, and accessing local services, while working closely with partner agencies to deliver coordinated support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred housing support and key working.
- Develop and review support plans and risk assessments.
- Support tenants to manage finances, benefits, and household responsibilities.
- Help residents understand and meet their License obligations.
- Monitor License sustainment, rent payments, and property standards.
- Liaise with external agencies including probation, local authorities, and support services.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development activities.
Essential:
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship).
- Experience or understanding of working with vulnerable people.
- Knowledge of supported housing, License sustainment, or housing support services.
- Understanding of support planning, risk assessment, and welfare benefits.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
