About the Role
As a Trainee Commercial Insurance Broker, you'll learn how to advise businesses on their insurance requirements, build lasting client relationships, and develop a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management.
Working alongside experienced brokers, you'll gain hands-on experience in:
- Supporting clients with their insurance enquiries
- Preparing quotations and policy documentation
- Liaising with insurers and underwriters
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Assisting with policy renewals and amendments
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Developing knowledge of commercial insurance markets and products
What We're Looking For

You will ideally have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
