Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (45 hour paid working week)
Hourly Rate: Up to £16.00ph Depending on Experience
Duration: Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Machinist to join one of our valued clients based in Soham, Cambridgeshire. This role would suit a skilled individual with a strong background in machining who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and is confident working with alone and as a team in a manufacturing or workshop environment.

Job Duties:
· Operating a variety of machinery including CNC, Edge Banders, Panel Saws
· Measure and cut a variety of materials including metal, wood, etc
· Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and production schedules
· Adjust feeds, speeds, and cutting paths as required
· Assist with assembly duties where required
What we are looking for:
· Proven experience as a Machinist (minimum of 2 years).
· Strong attention to detail.
· Willing to learn how to operate new machinery.
· Team Player
· Good understanding of Health and Safety in a Manufacturing environment
