We are working with a well-regarded law firm seeking a corporate solicitor to join its corporate team in Manchester. Ideally suited to candidates with 6–8 PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to take on quality work, develop strong client relationships and progress within a supportive, commercially minded environment.
The successful candidate will be involved in corporate transactional and advisory matters for businesses, owners and entrepreneurs. You will be expected to manage matters proactively, deliver high standards of client care and work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider practice.
