We are a long-established Jaguar, Land Rover and Range Rover vehicle dismantling and parts business supplying quality used parts throughout the UK and internationally.
We are looking for an experienced Online Vehicle Parts Sales Specialist to join our team as part of our online parts sale’s operation.
Knowledge of Jaguar, Land Rover and Range Rover parts is essential. Applications without relevant parts experience will not be considered.
The Role
You will be part of a team managing our online sales channels, ensuring parts are identified correctly, listed accurately, and sold efficiently.
This is not simply an administration role. We need someone who understands JLR vehicles, can identify parts correctly, communicate confidently with customers, and help maximise online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage online listings across all online platforms for Jaguar, Land Rover and Range Rover parts, meeting set KPI’s
- Identify parts from dismantled vehicles using manufacturer systems and part numbers
- Write accurate listings with correct vehicle compatibility
- Photograph and upload stock
- Respond to customer enquiries and technical questions
- Process sales and manage customer communications
- Handle returns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor stock levels and ensure listings remain accurate
- Improve listing quality and sales performance
- Work closely with the workshop, dismantling and warehouse teams
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience selling Jaguar, Land Rover or Range Rover parts, other luxury brands would be considered
- Strong knowledge of JLR vehicle models and components
- Experience using online platforms as a business seller
- Ability to identify vehicle parts accurately
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Desirable
- Experience within a vehicle dismantler or breaker
- Familiarity with JLR electronic parts catalogues
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of international shipping and online marketplaces
