As Restaurant General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring every aspect of the guest experience is delivered to the highest possible standard.
You will be a visible and inspiring leader, setting the tone for service, developing your team, and driving standards across all areas of the business.
This role would suit an established Restaurant General Manager or an exceptional Restaurant Manager looking to take the next step within a high-level dining environment.
As Restaurant General Manager you will:
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team, creating a culture of excellence
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless communication between kitchen and front of house
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, staffing, training, and performance
- Develop and mentor team members to maximise their potential
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and service planning
- Support revenue growth through strong operational leadership and guest engagement
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health and safety, and company procedures
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background within high-quality restaurants, luxury hotels, or fine dining establishments and will be passionate about hospitality at the highest level.
