Sales Negotiator – Derbyshire Salary -
- Basic salary: Trainee - £23,950 Experience in Property £25,000
- Realistic OTE: £30,000+
Hours
- Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm
- Saturday: 9am–12:30pm (1 in 2 rota)
Overview A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and high‑performing Sales Negotiator to join a successful and friendly estate agency team. We’re also open to speaking with strong sales professionals from a retail background who are looking to step into the property sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed agreed income targets
- Manage and nurture your own group of prospective buyers
- Provide regular updates to vendors
- Maintain strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of the local property market
- Confidently handle sales progression from offer to completion
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in estate agency sales or a strong sales background within retail
- Genuine passion for property
- Driven, dynamic and motivated to succeed
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Package
- Basic salary: £23,950
- Realistic OTE: £30,000+
